Join the Fun!!
The DC Council needs volunteers!
During the upcoming year, Pioneers, their partners and other volunteers will
contribute many hours to local community projects. These projects will
include visiting nursing homes, providing relief during disasters,
mentoring/tutoring children in schools, reading and providing "A Book
About Me" to DC public school students and environmental projects. Best of all, it doesn’t take a lot of time to be a volunteer and most activities require only a limited amount of volunteers.
